As the founder of MontaRosa, Kelvin has always insisted that he is intimately involved in all of the firm’s searches and that our company’s work should be delivered only by expert teams of senior specialists. His c. 10 years of ‘SHREK’ experience (which included strategy and innovation roles on the Executive Committee) led him to reject their ‘factory’ model in favour of a smaller, focussed portfolio of selected clients for whom we can produce the very best results.

Kelvin has also served on boards and in advisory roles for a number of firms. He is a regular speaker and panellist at international conferences and seminars, where he is recognized as a leader and an innovator in the field of human capital.

Caroline’s clients appreciate the exceptional expertise, skill and energy she brings to identifying and securing talent for even the toughest of briefs.

Caroline has an extensive background in financial services and delivers searches for clients in investment banking, financial services and private wealth management. Her expertise covers C-suite and leadership roles in a range of critical customer, product and service delivery areas.

Caroline’s 20-year career at the executive level includes 14 years in senior human capital roles at Barclays. She has lived and worked in New York, London and Dublin and has developed an international network of contacts. Caroline is based in Dublin.

Carolyn joined MontaRosa to help build and deliver excellence within the European private equity and venture capital executive search practice. She leads C-level assignments for privately held companies, family offices, private equity firms and their portfolio companies across a broad range of industries and geographies. Her expertise centers on privately held, family-owned and venture-backed businesses in the industrial, consumer and technology sectors.

A strong advocate for diverse leadership, Carolyn is deeply committed to bringing diverse talent to boardrooms and C-suites across Switzerland and Europe. Her extensive network of investors and entrepreneurs strengthens MontaRosa’s ability to create meaningful value for clients across European and international markets.

Carolyn holds a degree in Psychology from Vassar College and served five years in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Captain.

She serves on the Zurich Board of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of the de Vigier Foundation, which provides financial support to selected Swiss-based start-ups.

Based in Zurich, Carolyn is fluent in Swiss German, French and English.

Jacquie focuses on asset management, wealth management, investment banking and capital markets.

She is a highly skilled professional with deep experience in recruiting for senior executive roles with global reach.

She has particularly strong networks in Europe and Asia having previously worked in-house with Goldman Sachs and living in the Far East for a number of years. Jacquie is based in Scotland.

Jo is a cornerstone of the MontaRosa team, having joined the firm more than ten years ago.

She has a wealth of experience in the financial sector, having previously spent a number of years at an investment bank and an alternative asset manager where she oversaw day-to-day operations.

At MontaRosa, she focuses on controlling operations and executive support. Jo is based in London.

She has combined world-leading knowledge of target markets, sophisticated research insight and talent sourced from more than 90 countries to deliver outstanding outcomes for more than 25 years in the industry.

She has extensive experience of placing Board, CEO, CFO, Investment, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Non-Profit executives across the globe.

She works with leadership teams in the US and EMEA and has curated a truly global network of world-class talent who bring transformational impact in financial services, fintech, private markets and technology organizations. Jodi has been at the heart of MontaRosa since its earliest days and is passionate about delivering service at the highest level for clients. Jodi is based in San Francisco.

Marisa focuses on financial services clients going through transformational change or exponential growth. She is a highly experienced search practitioner with exceptional expertise in C-suite and board-level searches for global banks, investment houses, asset managers, broader financial institutions, private equity and corporate clients.

She is also dedicated to building the kind of long-term relationships with exceptional talents that mark out MontaRosa as a leader in the industry.

Marisa’s clients appreciate and benefit from the deep pool of knowledge and hard-won skills that she has built up over more than 25 years in the industry (including 12 years with MontaRosa) and that she now leverages on their behalf. Marisa is based in London.

Veronica has extensive experience within executive search. She has held significant roles at both global and boutique executive search firms, where she has contributed to the Consumer and the Financial Services practices. Throughout her career, Veronica has developed a deep understanding of the industry whilst building strong relationships. She is native Italian-Portuguese and is based in Edinburgh.

Will is CFO/ COO of MontaRosa but also brings front office investment banking, private markets and technology experience to the firm.

Previously, Will served as an equity analyst at Morgan Stanley; COO of Credit Structuring at Credit Suisse; CFO of Emerging Markets at Credit Suisse; CFO of a PE-backed Lloyds Insurance Broker; CFO of a private technology scale-up; CFO of a public (NASDAQ) software business and as COO of a Venture Capital partnership.

He contributes first-hand industry insight to our client engagements and also brings excellent Transatlantic connectivity; having lived in New York for 10 years, while otherwise based in London throughout his professional career.

Deborah brings value-creation capability that is distinctive in the market. She is an accredited coach with the Tavistock Institute and holds a Master's in Psychoanalysis. She has successfully applied her expertise in organizational psychology and behavioural science to firms ranging from global blue chips to start-up disruptors.

Her game-changing offering enables senior executives to become better leaders but also builds boards, executive teams and governance systems that unlock value.

She is renowned for her work with leaders globally. She delivers practical advisory and exceptional business coaching that delivers quantifiable results.

Thomas serves as an advisor to a number of our clients. He provides deep insight into key, strategic, business and technology issues as well as providing expert evaluation of candidate credentials and capabilities.

He himself is a seasoned technologist and serial software entrepreneur and brings more than three decades of experience of leading innovation at the intersection of technology, product strategy and business growth.

He has founded and scaled multiple high-tech ventures; advised private equity and technology firms on AI, cybersecurity and product strategy; and held senior technology leadership and strategic advisory roles in large, global corporates.

Thomas excels in digital transformation; AI-driven infrastructure; cloud architecture; identity & access management; and secure software platforms. He has contributed to thought leadership through books and publications on software engineering and digital transformation; and through teaching and research roles in prominent institutions.
